2. Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

When you access the website, technical access data is processed in order to deliver the requested content and maintain the security and stability of the service. According to the hosting provider, this includes the referrer, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an IP address anonymised at collection.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. IONOS states that this visitor data is retained for eight weeks and is not transferred to third countries.

3. Fonts and external resources

All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. Visiting the website establishes no connection to external content delivery networks, font services or other third parties. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third-party provider.

4. Contact by email or contact form

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide. This includes your name, email address, optional company information and your message.

We use this information solely to review and respond to your enquiry. Where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps taken prior to entering into one, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to business and investment-related communications.

Providing your data is neither legally nor contractually required and is voluntary. Without your name, email address and message, however, we cannot process and answer your enquiry.

Form submissions are sent to our email mailbox and are not stored in a separate website database. Correspondence is retained for as long as required to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and is deleted afterwards. Statutory retention obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

To prevent misuse of the form, the number of submissions per sender is limited. For this purpose only a non-reversible hash of your IP address and the times of submission are stored temporarily, for a maximum of one hour, and are then deleted automatically. The message itself is not stored. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the form against automated abuse.

5. Recipients and processors

We disclose personal data only to service providers that support the operation of this website and our email communication. They process the data solely on our instructions and under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Hosting and delivery: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Processing takes place within the European Union.

Email mailbox: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as the provider of Google Workspace. This may involve a transfer of personal data to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.

No further disclosure to third parties takes place unless we are legally obliged to do so.

6. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, visitor profiling, or third-party analytics. No data is placed in your browser’s local storage. The language is determined from the page you select and is not stored in a tracking profile.

Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and no cookie banner is used.

This website contains links to external websites. When you follow an external link, the respective provider is responsible for any processing of personal data on its website. We have no influence over their content or data processing.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data is transmitted through an encrypted HTTPS connection.
